Half of the Commonwealth Avenue bridge over the Mass. Pike and the railroad yard was being replaced, a process that amazingly only took two weeks from start to finish (of the actual construction effort). Working 24 hours a day, the project lit up the whole area, part of which is seen from this perspective on the BU Bridge.
